The Republic of Sabah North Borneo Government in Exile (RSNB-GiE) hereby announces that a Peaceful Demonstration will be held at Parliament House, Canberra, Australia, with the following details:

Date: Saturday, 26 September 2026
Time: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Venue: Parliament House, Canberra, Australia

This gathering will provide a public space for participants to peacefully express their views, share their perspectives, and raise awareness concerning matters relating to Sabah, Sarawak and Borneo through a lawful, peaceful and non-violent public assembly.

Sabahans, Sarawakians, members of the wider Borneo community, friends, supporters, and members of the public who are interested are welcome to attend.

All participants are requested to maintain a peaceful, respectful and orderly atmosphere throughout the event, comply with applicable Australian laws and safety requirements, and respect the rights of others.

RSNB-GiE emphasises that the gathering is to be conducted in a peaceful, responsible, orderly and non-violent manner at all times.
