Why Evidence Matters
The strength of Sabah's legal case depends on evidence. If you have information, documents, or testimony that is relevant to Sabah's history, the legal question of sovereignty, human rights violations, Project IC, land dispossession, resource exploitation, or any other matter relevant to Sabah's independence movement, we want to hear from you.
What We Need
We are particularly interested in: historical documents relating to Sabah's status before and during the 1963 process; official documents, correspondence, or records relating to Project IC or the illegal granting of identity documents; testimony or documentation of land dispossession, forced displacement, or human rights violations; evidence of resource exploitation and its impact on Sabahan communities; and any other material relevant to the legal and historical questions at stake.
How to Submit
To submit evidence or documents, please contact our Legal & Advocacy Division directly. We will discuss with you the best way to receive your submission in a manner that protects your identity and ensures the evidential integrity of the material. All submissions are treated with the utmost confidentiality. We will not share your identity without your explicit consent.
