Democratic Governance
The RSNB-GIE is governed democratically. Its leadership is elected by the membership, its decisions are made through structured deliberative processes, and its operations are subject to oversight by the General Assembly — the full membership body. We govern ourselves by the same principles of democracy, accountability, and transparency that we seek for Sabah.
Financial Governance
The RSNB-GIE is funded by voluntary contributions from its members and supporters. All funds are managed under robust financial controls, with regular reporting to the membership. The organisation does not accept funding from any government or any source that might create a conflict of interest with its mission of independent advocacy.
Conflict of Interest and Ethics
All officers and members of the RSNB-GIE are subject to a code of conduct and conflict of interest policy. We hold ourselves to the highest standards of integrity, because the credibility of our movement depends on the trustworthiness of those who lead it.
