Our Diplomatic Mission
The Diplomatic Bureau of the RSNB-GIE is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with foreign governments, international organisations, allied movements, and influential individuals and institutions who can support Sabah's right to self-determination. The Bureau coordinates all formal diplomatic communications and represents the RSNB-GIE in international meetings and forums.
Current Engagements
The Diplomatic Bureau maintains active engagements with parliamentarians and officials in Australia, the United Kingdom, and other countries. We have received delegations and conducted meetings with representatives of international human rights organisations, UN bodies, and allied independence movements. These relationships are the foundation of the international support network that Sabah's cause requires.
Seeking Recognition
A key goal of the Diplomatic Bureau is to build toward formal international recognition of the RSNB-GIE and, ultimately, of Sabah's right to self-determination. This is a long-term strategic process that requires sustained engagement, the building of compelling legal and factual arguments, and the cultivation of political will among the international community.
