Why Documentation Matters
In international legal and human rights proceedings, evidence is everything. The RSNB-GIE's Legal & Advocacy Division has been systematically building an evidence archive that documents the historical and contemporary violations of Sabahan rights. This archive will form the factual foundation for submissions to international courts, UN bodies, and other forums.
What We Are Documenting
Our evidence archive includes: historical treaties, agreements, and official documents relating to Sabah's sovereignty question; parliamentary records and Hansard extracts documenting broken promises and political manipulation; academic analyses of the legal questions at stake; testimony from affected communities; evidence relating to Project IC and demographic engineering; and documentation of land dispossession, resource exploitation, and other human rights violations.
Submit Your Evidence
If you have information or documents that are relevant to Sabah's case — historical records, personal testimony, official documents — we want to hear from you. Please visit our Submit Evidence page for guidance on how to contribute to the archive in a way that protects your identity and ensures the integrity of the evidence.
